Bruce and I really appreciate all the hard work that everyone at ProBuilt did to make this customer's dream come true. From the help I always get from Erlene (she's the best!) to all the questions that get answered during my "emergency" times! Also, for interpreting my requests for minor details that in the end make the house so custom. The customer is extremely happy with the house and very impressed as to the way it all goes together. We have had some great people on our end starting with the excavator (always the key) who happens to be one of those people who takes pride in their work. We also have a terrific set crew with many years of experience dealing with modular homes. The set crew is another important part of building a successful modular home, a reason why they are required to be approved by ProBuilt first. Considering the many parts and all the extra shiploose materials, I think that everyone on your end did a terrific job. Yes, a few things are short but nothing major. One slightly dented metal door and a draw that needs fixing is minor. We know that ProBuilt will take care of these issues in a timely manner. Last, I am very pleased with the fact that ProBuilt listens to their builders and strives to make positive changes in their product. I think that the people at ProBuilt are the key and the way they treat us means a lot. It's a pleasure to do business with a crew like you have. Bruce and I believe in being honest and civil and there are companies out there that we would never want to do business with. Again, thanks for another wonderful house!
