Modular construction is building a home within
the controlled environment of a factory. It is built
and shipped in modules (sections). The home is built
by trained and highly skilled craftsmen to meet
the codes and requirements set forth by the state

-Because the home is built in a controlled environment,
it is never exposed to the elements: extreme heat,
rain, snow, etc.

Can I buy direct from Pro-Built
Homes?
No. You must go through a builder. This gives you
the convenience of working with someone close to
you. In addition, the builder will be responsible
for putting in your foundation, setting the homes,
and doing the finish work.
